The PermissionSniffer was originally developed by Stuart Halloway but is now maintained by Clark Richey and Jim Morgan and made available to the community under the GNU Public License: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html. The PermissionSniffer is designed to help developers determine the minimum set of permissions that their application requires in order to run.

The PermissionSniffer is still under development. Comments, feedback, contributions, etc. are greatly appreciated.
